Lesson terms
Amphion Music Studio is run by Anthony Edward Studios LLC, Massillon, Ohio. These are the terms for lessons. Billing details, including the card surcharge, disputes, and sales tax, are on our full billing terms page at pay.edwardsd.cc/terms. Effective October 2, 2026.
Booking and payment
Book at book.amphionstudio.com. Your invoice comes by email when you book, and payment is due on receipt. We don't charge late fees.
If this is your first time with us, please pay before your first lesson. If the invoice is still unpaid 24 hours before the lesson, the time is released and we'll let you know by email. You can book again any time.
Your first lesson
A new student's first lesson is 25% off, whether it is a 30-minute or a 60-minute lesson. If a new student starts with a lesson pack, the first hour of the pack is 25% off instead. One discount per student.
Lesson packs
A pack is four 60-minute lessons at a lower rate. You can book all four when you buy, or book some now and the rest later. Packs don't expire. They are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another student.
Rescheduling, cancelling, and missed lessons
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before a lesson at no charge, using the link in your confirmation email. A lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed, counts as the lesson. We may offer a makeup at the studio's discretion.
If something comes up on our side, we may move a lesson with at least 24 hours notice. If we have to cancel on shorter notice because of illness or an emergency, you get a free makeup or the lesson goes back on your pack.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian books, pays for, and agrees to these terms for a student under 18.
Card payments
Card payments carry a 2.9% surcharge, shown before you confirm. There is no surcharge for ACH bank transfer or check. The billing terms page explains the debit card refund.
