What we collect

When you book a lesson: the student's name, email, phone number, age, experience, and goals, and for a student under 18, the parent or guardian's name. We also record when you agreed to the lesson terms and the IP address you agreed from, as the record of that agreement.

When you pay: payments go directly to Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To schedule lessons, send invoices and reminders, and contact you about your lessons. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a marketing list.

Where it lives

Scheduling and billing run on our own server in Ohio. Email goes through Resend (booking and invoice emails) and Zoho (our inbox). Cloudflare runs this site and the booking page and filters abuse, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks the booking form for bots. Like most websites, these services see basic request information such as your IP address and browser type.

This site also loads Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which see basic information about your visit. If we add other tracking, this page will say so.

How long we keep it

Lesson and billing records are business tax records, kept for at least seven years. Anything we are not required to keep, we delete when you ask.

Children

Students under 18 are booked by a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
